Tony Little

Tony has been cutting hair for over 30 years.  He is a graduate of the Hairstyling Institute of Charlotte and is experienced in cutting men's, women's and children's hair.

Tony is not only the manager, but is one of the first barber's to work at the Highland Creek location.  He is looking forward to many more years of barbering.

Lisa Diane Bumgardner


I was born in Gastonia, NC and graduated from North Gaston High School in 1983.  I attended Liberty Bible College in Pensacola, FL from 1983-87 and got married in 1989.  I am a single mom to two lovely teenage daughters: Leah and Brianna.

In 1999 I attended the Hairstyling Institute of Charlotte and graduated in 2000.  I worked at Kostas International from 2000-03 as a barber / stylist.  I continued as a barber / stylist and color specialist  in Gaston County area from 2003-10.

In November of 2010, I left Gaston County to work with an exceptional group of excellent barbers at City Barbers at Highland Creek.  I consider it an honor and privelege to be a part of such a successful and growing business.

Joe Amore

Joe has been a barber for over 40 years, the last 10 years in Charlotte.  For five straight years he has had the honor of being voted the #1 barber in the University area.  

Joe is originally from Albany, NY where his nick name was "Joey Scissorhands".  He has been married to his wife Cathy for 30 years and they both enjoy golf and traveling.  Joe is looking forward to the opportunity of working for City Barbers for years to come.
